Kabuto vs. Sasuke: who is the better written character?

Kabuto is better written than Sasuke. Granted, ever since this war arc, Sasuke had stayed as much consistent as he can and he really gained my respect because he always tries to get shit done and he`s always straight up being real.

I've gotta got with Kabuto too since i feel like he a complex character in the series especially when he Experiments with himself in order to discober himself and i also pitied him more when compared to Sasuke yeah he saw his clan get killed, but Kabuto was Separated from his home for the sake of his Mother whom was later brainwashed into killing him resorting Kabuto to kill her leading him to the point of no return you also have to take into consideration that he can't even go back home due to his war crimes which would probably lead to death.

I actually quite liked the development of Kabuto. I thought he was one of the better ones, but yes, I do agree that the development of Sasuke is poor.
