now manipulate the rain drops to form a dense wall of water around you, this wall will protect you against most taijutsu and fire attacks but it's weak against earth and lightning. ALso, you need to keep your hands in contact with the wall to keep it's shape, or the wall will turn into normal water and will fall on teh ground
