Well truthfully, I think it was Sasuke's striking speed that let him down here. Look how long it takes him to follow through compared to Naruto. It also looks like Sasuke was trying to use his seal too when we see the focus of the moon. Then Naruto uses he awesome speed and strikes much more quicker, also doesn't seem like he was going for the seal.

It's hard to say if one is faster the other at this point. But it does seem like Naruto has superior striking speed after this chapter. Sasuke simply took longer to execute than Naruto did.

Not only he managed to cut off her arm he seperated BZ as well from her, i'm pretty sure that she will regenerate her arms back but separating BZ was the purpose behind the attack unlike some emo who chopped madara in half for no reason. Lol

It's pretty much clear at this point that his speed rivals that of Sasuke or maybe even better since he managed to cut off her arm while sasuke couldn't do sh!t. All this talk of "gravity slowed Sasuke's attack" doesn't work. You can't slow down teleportation, and by the time he had swung his arm down, they were already in the first dimension, meaning gravity is back to normal, meaning Sasuke just wasn't fast enough.
