Nah homie, she adjusted the gravity, but heavy gravity was still in effect, it just wasn't as bad as before. Kakashi and Obito simply acted the moment the gravity adjusted, which was also the same moment Kaguya attacked. You can tell it's still in effect cause Naruto and Sasuke are still on the ground not doing anything which is strange for these two, especially Naruto.

It is only moments later that Sasuke makes his attack so it's actually logical to assume that the gravity was affecting his striking speed.

It's becoming a joke, Naruto with 0 speed feats is able to chop off kaguyas arm, while Sasuke's jutsu is supposed to be instant and he can't even touch her. I had to laugh hard, Kishi is ****ing this manga up big time Lol
