Not that I'm aware of. It's only good for concealing yourself and your actions. So, it can also be a disadvantage if you use it recklessly. You will most often see dojutsu users with that technique because they can see through it while you can't, which is a huge advantage for them.
Not really different from the mist since it obscures your vision as well. A flash bomb thrown behind and above you would be much better. Because the flash happens behind you it doesn't blind you while it does blind the opponent. Then you can string the movement with taking a few scrolls from your backpockets, enveloping them quickly and releasing the bursts of weapons.
Now, for these techniques I need you to gather chakra in your mouth and using shape manipulation, create needles that you spit out at great speed.
Always forgetting about those flash bombs. I remember playing a game before where I would always spam smoke bombs all over the place so I always think of that.
Kazuma makes his mind and body cooperate together to gather chakra in his mouth. Kazuma applies shape manipulation, making chakra flow to his mouth and then shaping it, creating needles out of chakra. He then spits out with his mouth sending the needles flying.

(Fukumi Hari) - Hidden Needles
Rank: D
Type:Attack
Range:Short
Chakra Cost:10
Damage Points:20
Description: The user is able to call forth needles into their mouth and then spit them at their opponent with great accuracy.
As you can see, this is the technique you performed. It allows you to spit them with great accuracy. This allows you to incapacitate your opponent by aiming for vital spots. It's a good technique to get the battle going and it could be of use in close combat.
(Hitei Mushou) - Flying Nail Mist Pierce
Rank: C
Type:Attack
Range:Short-Mid
Chakra Cost:15
Damage Points:30
Description: After forming the needed hand seal, the user will emit a flying mist of small nails from their mouth. These small nails can travel towards the opponent at quite a distance.
More or less the same, except it needs a handseal and it can travel up to mid range. How would you defend against these?
So with the first one I think it would be something to throw in with bigger attacks since it messes up the sort of rhythm or tempo. To defend I would maybe toss a tag at them. I think I might be more likely to just take it to the arm or something to make a stronger attack myself though.
With the second one I'd really prefer to use a weapon scroll or use a chakra nature or even freeform kunai. Since it's at mid range, I would defend by just engulfing it with my own attack.

Alright, but the most effective way to defend it obviously using wind techniques. They allow you to not only stop them from harming you but also send them back at the opponent which should always be your aim to do. Never try to solely defend and let the opponent control the flow. Always try to get the upper hand. A good fighter can be distinguished by the way he gets the upper hand and by the amount of control he has over the battle.
Now, take out a few shiruken or kunai, whichever you prefer and channel chakra into them. Then try to manipulate them to hover in the air and then send them flying at a tree with an unpredictable arc.
Kazuma pulls a string of shuriken out from his jacket. He takes five of them and holds them pressed between his two hands. Kazuma makes his chakra flow through and around the shuriken so that they are like a part of himself. Then he opens up his hands, manipulating the shuriken with his chakra so that they float up into the air, spinning and hovering in place. After that he sends them to fly forward, spreading out and then curving back inward to strike a single tree.

Good. Now, have you ever met with a fuma shiruken? They are basically just enormous shuriken, those that Sasuke and Naruto used against Zabuza. Well, doesn't matter if you did or not you're gonna meet one now. xD Summons a pair of fuma shuriken. Now, throw these at the tree and make sure the second one hides within its shadow so that you can use it as a surprise attack.
"Hello fuma shuriken. Imma throw you now, hope that's ok." Kazuma takes the shuriken in each hand and slides them open. He holds them at the center ring with the blades facing the correct way for when he will throw them. He pulls his arms back and throws one shuriken and then the other so that from the tree's point of view(if it had eyes anyway) the first shuriken eclipses the second, completely overlapping and hiding the shuriken which flies behind and below it.

(Kage Shuriken no Jutsu) - Shadow Shuriken Technique
Rank: D
Type:Attack
Range:Short-Mid
Chakra Cost:15
Damage Points:20
Description: Kage Shuriken no Jutsu is a Ninjutsu technique utilizing a giant Windmill Shuriken. When throwing the shuriken, the ninja will also throw a second giant shuriken to hide in the shadow of the first. The hidden secondary shuriken can then approach the target without their being aware.
This is the technique that you just performed and you did very well.
(Kage Makibishi no Jutsu) - Shadow Makibishi Technique
Rank: D
Type: Supplementary
Range: Short - Long
Chakra cost: N/A
Damage points: 10
Description: A simple ninja technique in which the user deploys a smoke bomb and is used to lay down the makibishi undercover so that the enemy target will not notice. This technique is used to cause some damage and slow the enemy target down when they stand on them.
Simple as the description. You conceal yourself within a smokescreen after throwing a smoke bomb and then you throw out a lot of makibishi onto the ground. The makibishi are spiked metal objects that will hurt your foe as he steps on them.

(Kage Nawa no Jutsu) - Shadow Rope Technique
Rank: D
Type: Supplementary
Range: Short
Chakra cost: 10
Damage points: N/A
Description: The user will use a black rope infused with their chakra to hold down and trap their opponent.
A simple rope infused with your regular chakra that you use to tie your opponent and hold him in place. It's not easy to tie the opponent, but if you find yourself in a taijutsu fight and a rotation around the opponent, you might as well try to throw the rope in a loop and catch both ends and then pull them together in order to trap him and prevent his movements.
(Ninpo: Kyojin Shuriken no Jutsu) - Ninja Art: Giant Shuriken Technique
Rank: D
Type: Offensive, Supplementary
Range: Short
Chakra cost: 10
Damage points: 20
Description: The user throws a Demon Wind Shuriken towards the enemy and uses his chakra to massively enlarge the shuriken, brutally striking the enemy, sending them flying.
So basically, you take the fuma shuriken and you enlarge it up to the size of a human body, which makes it quite hard to avoid. A little suggestion would be to wait for the last moment before enlarging it, in order to see your opponents response and act accordingly.
(Ninpo: Kakuu no mai ) - Ninja Art: Arrial Dance
Rank: D
Type: Offensive
Range: short - mid
Chakra cost: 10
Damage points: 20
Description: The user will release several barrages of kunai at their opponent.
A simple technique where you throw a lot of kunai. Most people do it in free form in order to save the 3 moves per turn, but the amount of kunai is insignificant. If you're aiming for a real rain of weapons to finish of a bleeding opponent, for example, then this is your technique.
(Sōshuriken no Jutsu) - Manipulated Shuriken Techique
Rank: D
Type: Supplementary
Range: Short - Long
Chakra cost: N/A
Damage points: 15
Description: With this technique a translucent string, both elastic and highly durable, is attached to a shuriken, making it possible to alter its path after having thrown it. An expert will have the ability to freely glide the shuriken in any direction with just a single movement of their fingertip. The first attack, challenging the enemy, is avoided and after a time-lag of several seconds, it will come from behind. Depending on the performance, the possible tactics can be infinite.
As said, you have full control of the shuriken because of the string attached to it. By simple hand movements you pull the string and change the direction of the shuriken. This allows you to avoid incoming shuriken and ninja tools from your opponent, as well as bypassing earthen structures and shields; even wind currents.

Not really sure what the best time to use it would be. I would counter it by watching the user as he throws them and then by jumping over both.

I would use this to create a pause before a complex attack of some kind. I would defend by blowing everything towards the enemy of I had fuuton or I'd use the suiton vortex thing to push away all the smoke and send the makibishi to the opponent.

I'd use it if the opponent was doing something weird or annoying probably. I'd defend by lunging at the user with an attack.

Is it supposed to say short - mid? I'd probably prefer to use it while closing in on someone. I like to see how people react. Lol I'd defend by deflecting it with the sword of draining I think it's called.

I'm planning to use this right after that makibishi smoke bomb technique. I'd react by getting behind something or with a water shield. Do you think you could just use the giant shuriken jutsu to deflect any coming directly at you?

I'd use it against reactive opponents. I would defend by noticing the light shine on the string and then duck to avoid it.
Questions... can I use these at the same time? For example, I would use shadow shuriken to throw two fuma shuriken at once, I'd use manipulated shuriken to attach a cord to the bottom one, and I'd use giant shuriken on the bottom one just before striking.

YES! Absolutely! That is an amazing combination right there. We all know that ninjutsu isn't that popular and most people do it just so they can say they got it completed but I still think it's an amazing skillset and from time to time I wander into that part of the jutsu list, trying to come up with interesting combinations. This is certainly not something I would've thought of! Well done.
EDIT: I forgot to point out something. When you look at it from the strength perspective, they are still just two shiruken that can be blown away, so be careful when using something like this because it drains a lot of your chakra too.
I have raiton to boost it so it's a little harder to counter. I could say in my bio that the shuriken are rigged to come apart so that they can get someone who's dodging and stun them with chidori current or something like how Sasuke did.

I believe you would need to channel a lightning technique through the string and into the shuriken for that, but yeah, it's possible. Though, you can't state such stuff in the bio, it's purely battle-wise.
Ok, next set of techniques. I can't explain how much I hate teaching ninjutsu. T_T After we finish all these groups, we have to go through all the jutsus that were left, individually, so it's going to take a while, lol. I should really reconsider teaching this. xD
(Gyorai Shin) - Torpedo Needle
Rank: C
Type: Attack
Range: Short
Chakra Cost: 15
Damage Points: 30
Description: Removing nails from their pocket, the user will throw them into the air and then plant them tip first into the earth. Using their chakra, the nails will travel into the ground. Then at the user's discretion, they can fire the nails from the ground through the feet of their target to nail them in place. They can then fire the remaining nails from the ground to cut the target to pieces.
So this one is really cool. You take a bunch of nails from your pouch and you let them fall onto the ground and using your chakra you manipulate them through the ground. There you can shoot them up into the opponents feet, however it's only short range so it's not really that useful after all.
Soushuuha) - Manipulate Advancing Blades
Rank: C
Type:Attack
Range:Short-Long
Chakra Cost:15
Damage Points:30
Description: This technique allows a shinobi to hover multiple kunai in the air while they approach a target. The technique allows a ninja to unleash a torrent of kunai, shuriken, or other weapons much more quickly than if each was thrown individually.
For this you take out a number of kunai and you manipulate them around you. They basically hover around you and you can move them with yourself too. It also allows you to send those kunai at your opponent in a large number. If you were to throw 20 kunai one by one it would take a lot of time. But if you take out 20 and manipulate them with your chakra you can send them all at once, which can be handy.
(Rakka Kibaku Fuda) - Falling Paper Bomb
Rank: C
Type: Offensive
Range: Short - Mid
Chakra cost: N/A
Damage points: 25
Description: The user will throw three paper bombs connected to kunai that act like parachutes and float down above the enemy where the user will then make the hand seal to explode the explosive tags when they reach their desired location.
This would be very useful with a decoy or even as one. You throw paper bombs attached to kunai and then explode them as they're falling. If the opponent tries to counter them then you have the advantage since he's looking up and is not focused on your actions.
(Ninpo: Jibaku Fuda: Kassei) - Ninja Art: Exploding Tag: Activate
Rank: C
Type: Offensive
Range: Short
Chakra cost: 15
Damage points: 30
Description: Utilizing chakra, the user is able to activate the explosion mechanism of a distant bomb tag. The exploding tags that the Third Hokage used were different than the usual bomb tags, being yellow in color instead of white with a red border.
This requires different exploding bombs than the regular ones each ninja has. You can activate these by using your chakra.
If you want then we can do summoning jutsu or rasengan or something instead. XD
I want that infinite exploding tag thingy. I guess it's time to hit the forum games. -_-

I'd use it against someone running at me with chidori or something I suppose. I'd counter it by recognizing it as a familiar jutsu and doing a jump kick or raiton blast. Would that be metagaming? I don't really care for this one so much but I guess I'd attack from behind with it.

By the way there is a chidori shuriken jutsu. It has the all important paralysis ability.
Also, in Sasuke's fight with Itachi he pulled a cord attached to two fuma shuriken to make them fall apart to hit Itachi who was stuck in the air doing matrix jumps.
