Based off this translation everything is precisely occurs during these events to establish the Naruto vs Sasuke fight. It could also mean after the war is over, thus the new era been settled plus it's a big project because Kishi been working for this movie for 2+years, there's no evidence to imply for part 3 so for that reason I stand by what I said until proof otherwise.

This stuff is happening in the new era project, which comes out in 2015 according to the recent chapter. The movie and the project is not the same thing, as the comes out in December. The anime has not even caught up with the manga so why put out an animated ending already? That makes no sense.

Yes but this "Project" that you speak of is referring as a movie, and why else would it be posted on a movie poster??? Kishi said the he already had on his mind how to end this series since I believe the beginning of his manga career if I recall it correctly, and furhermore aint it always release the movie epilogue such as FMA, Gundam, Anohana, etc before the the anime catches up and even it weren't the case I think it's more important to know more currently in the manga rather then concerning with the anime to catching up. You do have somewhat a point but I won't hold it until we find out.

Does this mean Sasuke manages to gain support of a large number of Shinobi to lead against the Bijuu, transitioning to the final fight? Which then would lead to a split decision for Hokage between two factions, which is the next category. I wonder if Black Zetsu has a hand in it.

I doubt he would get a huge support as Kurama and Gyuuki saved Shinobi from 10Tails/Kaguya and he aided in her revival(Gyuuki's tail) leading into tons of deaths.

Nobody informed will follow Sasuke. However, in the panels where he is trying to basically execute the Juubi, Alliance soldiers are cheering on Sasuke, so not everyone will know I'm guessing nor will they understand Naruto's preservation of the Bijuu when it comes to it I am guessing.

He is a powerhouse, and many will probably see him as the man who tried to execute both the Juubi and Obito, as opposed to Naruto's "peacemaking." Some may sympathize more with him, especially considering how influential he was in the battles.

I think he would get a decent following in this scenario assuming not everyone (mostly unnamed characters) are aware of his past involvements, however, he will have Taka, Orochimaru, and Kabuto instead of Kages and Leaf characters.

He now knows that the system was not at fault, rather the uchichis blindly following a stone tablet writing that was used to manipulate them from the beginning. The "system" (of cooperation and peace) in fact was was on the side of right all along. Suckske knows that now, so his lone wolf ideology no longer tracks.
