Killer Bee, Gai, Kakashi, and Naruto know that she was revived by Gyuuki's tail which Sasuke cut off. So it will get out and people will know that it is partly his fault that so many people died by Kaguya/10Tails' hands.

Sasuke would lose support in the long run after they realize he's crazy, but he could get pretty far in whatever his goals are if he got enough people upset/angry enough to follow him and "burn it down." Angry people don't listen too well to information or reason. He only needs short term support if he wants to have a chance to become ruler of the world.
