one thing hate about it is it eats up chakra like crazy, look pein and now look at Sasuke, he's having too recharge over and over several times, his rinnegan cool and op as hell but it has it flaws

The Worst: Teleportation within Proximity

Madara has the best rinnegan abilities overall.

Kaguya and sasuke's seem to have teleportation.

The best: Dimension shifting

The worst: sasuke's tech
