Using that logic, the acid from the Mizukage should have killed le Sauce.
Minato isn't blitzing Itachi that easy, he has the Sharingan, he has intel on FTG, and he has great shunshin

Minato's clones can even use and place FTG markers. And if all else, frog song + playing on the defensive = gg.

Minato throws kunais, itachi deflects kunais with shuriken. Minato picks up and throws kunais again, itachi gets blitzed.

Even if minato just leaves his deflected kunai there, how in the world does that = a win? Itachi can't even hit minato, and his MS techniques massively drains his stamina while FTG doesn't.

Itachi don't know what FTG is. He's never seen it. The most he knows is just stories of the technique, if that. Minato solo's him low difficulty. He is too many tiers beyond Itachi. Itachi is what most Akatsuki are, High Jounin. Minato is High Kage.

both are speed demons, minato should be faster but itachi reflex's and 3T and MS allow him to keep up
so no blitzing
minato should counter genjutsu so no genjutsu GG
both are hella smart so it'll be quite the battle

worst case scenario they draw when minato uses RDS....unless itachi uses izanag if he has it

He was alive during the 4ths Reign, and he is the type to explore such things, plus he was in the anbu, who have access to secrets regular shinobi don't. I wouldn't doubt that he knows the basics of Minato's abilities. Minato is going to have a hard time fighting an MS user of equal intelligence.

Rasengan in easily avoidable by shunshin or even crow jutsu, last resort itachi uses rib cage for a while, it wont chakra taxing.
Kunai damaged Ei? Where?

Tagging susanoo is like tagging chidori or rasengan it has low life span as it is expandable chakra formation U_U
