I did something kinda like this in my sensei test and they said i was breaking the Time Frame, but also i had the 3 tomo sharingan with a really fast reaction time, and you're not even a Uchiha so you couldn't reacted this fast anyway

By reading that post, all I saw was that I can't use a jutsu before you use your first jutsu, which makes sense, I suppose.
I used a jutsu the same time you used yours (there's obviously a difference). My jutsu uses the water that's already next to you to attack you, while your jutsu requires the tornado to travel over to me to attack me. That's why my jutsu hit you first and I still had the time to defend myself from your tornado.
Even if you was to pull of the first move, I think the three element combo would have already hit you already. I don't think you can pull off two jutsus before my one jutsu hits you, there's not enough time

My water jutsu, the one with the tendrils, stabbed you from every direction, right when you completed the tornado. THUS, you cannot use the other two jutsus. THUS, no three element combo is made.
