i want to be fit and healthy with out spending money on the gym and products like protein shake etc, overall i want to lose around three stones and build a 6 pack that only my beautiful future Japanese wife knows about, Lol, obviously i need to eat healthy but when i try to get fit it all goes wrong for me and i start eating food that i shouldn't be eating.

Please tell me a method to lose fat before the new year, Arigato-Thanks.

You and me both. I eat out too much. The best thing to do is watch what food you intake; not necessarily eat healthy. If you want to build the 6-pack, you have to work out. However, focus only on your abs. Any other area would derive you from the main focus. I advise running or staying active.

Do sit ups and push ups. Eat proper. Jog for at least 30 min a day.

I am not sure work out plus protein I guess. I am not really skinny, and I am a lazy shit but I naturally have a 6 pac. Genetics I guess so maybe it's unreachable for you.

Here you go man! The perfect six pack you can get
You must be registered for see images

OT you can get fit and fast but it all depends on you and your determination. But you see there is no real standard method because everyone has a different body and they react differently to other diets and exercise. Look up a whole bunch of different diets and exercises and choose which one would be best for you. For example, when i work out i like to be in an enclosed garage for an hour and a half weightlifting then take a 2 mile run right after to ease the stress of being sore. But if i had a pool i would much rather swim. Swimming helps expand the muscles as where weightlifting helps contract the muscles. When you contract and expand you will gain more mass

Eat less, run more, drink a lot of water.
Ab exercises aren't really necessary.
Eat a lot of green vegetables too.

This. you have to make cardio number 1. Even a good 2 mile run can give you abs. You have to practice self-control. No junk food. nothing but water. wheat bread, not white bread. Exercise after you wake up. You HAVE to leak sweat like crazy every workout, or you barely did anything. Learn to cook, and learn healthy places to eat.

Don't be lazy and set a workout routine/diet. If you cheat and things go wrong you're only to blame. Also, not everyone can get a 6-pack. Others can only get a 4-pack because of how their body is. Just like some people genetically cannot get huge muscles, yet lift heavy. Some things just come down to genetics.

You just need to discipline yourself.

Stay away from junk food. Start jogging/swimming. Do press ups and sit ups at least three times a week. If you have some weights at home use them!

I train without using Protein Shakes and i am bulking up very nicely (abs, pecs, biceps, etc). If you have weights at home, increase the reps each week as you become stronger.

Hope that helps.

Don't eat late and exercise for at least an hour a day. After you exercise you can eat celery as there are many healthy reasons for doing so. I added links for reference.

Most exercises work your abs indirectly like push-ups,pull-ups and squats which you can do with your bodyweight
Do push-ups pull-ups squats and sit-ups max out 3x on each exercise
Then run for 3 minutes walk 1 minute for 20-30 minutes
It doesn't matter how many ab exercises you do in order to have abs showing you need low body fat so workout your abs to make them bigger then lose weight to make them show

I have lost 33 - 35 kg of fat so what I am gonna do is that I am gonna share MY experiences. So don't believe it has to work for you.

Now from my knowledge then there is a rule that must be followed in order to work. In order to burn fat you must burn more calories than what your intake is. If your body needs 2000 calories and you choose to cut 200 calories or burn 200 extra calories by exercising then your body haft to burn 200 calories from your storage (fat) in order to survive.

I don't know what your goals really are, if you are gonna lose fat first and then build muscles or if you gonna do both at the same time. If you are gonna do both at the same time then it is not really so much cutting but more exercising. Our body needs calories in order to build/repair muscles, but from my experiences then it depends how much fat you have. I had a lot when I started so it worked to cut calories and build muscles at the same time.

About "and I start eating food that i shouldn't be eating." then it is about self-discipline. Do you REALLY wanna lose fat just to look good? Or are you actually doing it for more some reasons than just looking good? A guy said that if you really do not have any great desires for getting it then you will fail. It is about self-discipline. You are fighting against your own nerves-system. You are all of sudden changing your life habits, which your body is not used to. They say it takes 21 days to change your life habits (going from eating fast food to healthy food etc). Remember, everything you have now is a reflection of what you have done till now.

However something I am currently testing is to see if it is possible to eat whatever you want, as long you keep your calories down where they are supposed to be. So far it seems to work.

So what I would recommend from my experiences is this...

1. Find out how much calories your body need to maintain your weight.
2. Choose a program that you want to follow and STICK to IT for at least a MONTH, don't change program. You also haft to give it your all if not more (100 - 120% effort) otherwise you have no right to say that it never worked.
3. Don't drink your calories, eat them.
4. Stop seeing food as something that is meant to amuse us, it is not. Food is nothing but fuel for us.
5. Sleep more! Sleeping too little will cause stress to your body, which will lower your metabolism rate (Metabolism rate is pretty much how many calories our body burn in a day)
6. Don't cut or burn too much, our body is smart. It will ruin your muscles gain and you will fuc* your metabolism up. Which will actually make it easier for you to gain weight (fat).

Something I would like to recommend before putting out a plan is to watch Scooby and Elliott Hulse on Youtube. Two different guys that shares their experiences about losing fat and building muscles. Scooby is more into scientist and Elliott is more into experiences (imo).

That's it man, check these guys first and then see what you can come up with!

Also something I would like to add in here : 95% of getting Six pack abs is about losing fat and not exercising those muscles. It does not matter how big your muscles are if you have an x amount of fat in the way then they won't be visible. However do exercise them for the sake of health, the core is used in almost every movement we do in life. Running, sitting whatever.

Sources : Experiences from my 33 - 35 kg fat loss.
Elliott has around 20 years of experiences
Scooby probably has somewhere around 30 years. - Check them out on youtube!

An example of Scooby's How To Lose Weight :

In this video he forgets to mention about sleeping more, however he does it on his forum.
