Going underground and drag you in it popping out of it next to you ( You can't see me using this jutsu since whale is in the way ). As you are only head above the ground I make wound on your cheek with kunai drawing some blood and use:
Magen: Narakumi (Demonic Illusion: Hell Viewing)
Causing you to fall asleep and unable of blocking my last attack that is:
Fuuton: Kaze No Yaiba (Wind Style: Wind Blade)
Cutting your head into small shreds or you can give up

the attack he did is legal to be able to dodge since he went underground to get away from it. First of all HOW THE HELL DO WHALES GET HERE?! Anyways I'm guessing that your both from mid range from you not saying anything about it so he can escape the whale attack and do all those things I believe but you can counter act. Not sure since I don't know the distance between you two, and i'm still confused about the giant whale!

Sorry I've dragged you underground as you should release ice prison and the whale should be blocking the eyesight since as it is falling over me I go underground and you think that I am squished by it.
dude... are you stupid? you cant use ice prison on him while hes underground... you dont know his position, you think he is crushed under the whale as the whale blocks your line of sight to him.
YOU'RE THE DUMB ONE HERE! Do you think that I would dig through ground? This jutsu works like Fish projection meaning that I infuse chakra on ground and flow through it. Plus your ice prison can't go underground.
