It was simply OBito's will to not get absorbed by the juubi lol, no genjutsu involved.
On top of that, it would take him a long ass time to snap out of it. By the time he comes back to reality, Kurama is already either
1. sealed
2. on Itachi's side
and Obito would have no choice but to retreat or get fodderized by Konoha's elite(since they wouldn't have to deal with Kurama) and the great Hokage Itachi Uchiha.
