Minato and his wife lost their lives, the only one to live is Naruto which half of his life was spent crying, being depressed and suck.

Losing a baby instead of destruction of village + losing you and your wife's life is not as bad.

And why wouldn't Itachi use tsukuyomi the moment Obito looks at him, and use shunshin to rescue baby from hitting the ground?

I know exactly what that scan is. However I don't see how that proves in any way that Itachi > Minato since Itachi already knew a few things about Tobi before he died, while Minato faced him for the "first time" back then.

Itachi would capture Kurama back, seal it in himself or some other kid and become next Naruto.

Naruto is nothing special on his own, Kurama helped him fight CS Sasuke and Kurama's amount of chakra helped him in many situations in order to especially learn rasenshuriken in a very short amount of time, thats another feat of a "genius" thanks to kurama's chakra pool.
Naruto ain't no prodigy without the bijuus.
