Madara fought against Hashirama and his Clan and Tobirama with Hiraishin for 24 h.....and lost then U_U Where the **** he could smash him....


At VOTE fight Madara's incentive was to get Hashiramas DNA obviously he also wanted that everyone believes taht he is dead.
He demanded everything from Hashirama and lost cuz of a Bunshin that he can and could easily distinguish from the original. (By the way Madara is the only ONE who showed this feat Kaguya couldn't even distinguish a normal Kage Bunshin)

Madara was always weaker than Hashirama,he even admitted as such.It's only until after he got the Rinnegan that the tables turned.

Chakra and stamina are indeed tied, but not one in the same as we know it.

His stamina is pushed and depleted faster than normal in MS because of the techniques. That's why he couldn't keep his Susano'O up or fight any longer without Zetsu and Karin's aid. Why do you think he was able to continue fighting after being on the brink of death? Just magically regained strength or something? It was obviously due to the outside help he received.

Madara had to bring Kurama as back up just to be on equal footing with Hashirama in their VOTE fight.The man himself said only Hashirama could defeat him during his fight with the 5 Kage.
