first im the OP here and not, second this has nothing to do with canon comparing to non-canon read the thread and what my question as, 3rd GT is part of a continues dragon ball series because first DBZ battle of gods takes place in the alternative universe, goku was never claimed to have super saiyan god powers in the end of the manga, goku never met gods of destructions.

GT is an alternate universe and is not made by the Original author and is thus not canon. I read the thread. Toriyama made it so BoG is placed between chapter 517 and 518.

Being strong is one thing but he has the most knowledge out of any DBZ character. He knew how make Goku a super Saiyan God. He can give people immortality and he is only as strong as the person who created him.

I...hate straying of topic, but what exactly puts Mewtwo on par with First Form Freeza?

Mewtwo and his mind rape abilities in the first movie. Not to mention he is showing some amazing speed feats in the new movie where he dodges a lazer and moves around it like its nothing. This puts him compatible to the Ginyu force, but he doesn't have much for DC to put down someone like Frieza. Just mind rape, but it would be NLF to say he could do it to someone like Frieza when he hasn't shown the feats to do it to someone that strong.

The laser feat sounds promising.

How is it produced though?

Lasers get the same treatment as lightning does aka "If it isn't of natural causes it doesn't have the same speed"

And the mind rape would actually be enough to take out anyone in DBZ (assuming speed equal and that he gets to mindrape before the character fires of their attack)
You need feats of resisting mindrape since physical strength and mental strength don't correlate.
