I mean literaly Super Saiyan fouuuur GOGETA!!!!
that guy probably is the strongest character in the DBZ universe, stronger than any gods, he would shit on bills he would shit on whis times 100X fold!!!!
he would probably even cream other gods from dbz that are stronger than whis one of the reasons is because ssj4 gogeta was just a literal badass in the series, there was literaly nothing that actually was able to even come close to his power. he literaly just standed and without even blocking his energy just pushed away omega shenron punch who was a universe buster
and then later we see him pretty much toy with omega shenron, because the power level difference between two characters is too much, that gogeta can pretty start laying waste on him without even being 001. percent threatened that omega would be able to do anything to him
also it proves that bills can also destroy a galaxy JUST BY GETTING ANGRY!! haters gonna hate
