The reason is that we all have lifes and different time zones. No Spamming in the war/rescue threads. Every body should realize who they are fighting and whats the correct battle order. If you cannot sort out an order, you may ask the opposing team to set it out. This will reduce the spam.
• * Kai, otherwise known as the Genjutsu release may only be used twice per battle and it only works against B rank genjutsu and bellow, any other escape of a Genjutsu must be done by other means.
• * Body Flicker will no longer be used in battle. The general misconception is that body flicker is that burst of speed that allows ninja to move rather quickly.
• * Clones of any kind may only be used three times in battle and there will be a maximum of 4 clones created at a time. This is limited only to ?clone switching? or the hitting of a clone and not the presumed user. When you use shadow clone jutsu or an elemental clone it lets you block an opponents C-RANK attack.
• * You must have proof that you previously had made a clone by posting the entire clone jutsu (it counts as a move).
