I create 2 clones:
(Kage Bunshin no Jutsu) - Shadow Clone Technique

Description: The Kage Bunshin distributes the ninja?s chakra evenly among the clones and creates a real copy with form and substance. The clone itself can also utilize any jutsu the original ninja knows. When the clone finally disperses, any new knowledge it has gained is passed back to the original ninja and any additional clones. Upon impact, the clone can be dispersed.
As soon as one of my clones appear behind a cloud of smoke since he poofs in, he sends and electrical charge through the ground towards you:

Time frame rule
1. You cannot do a jutsu as i make my clones
As Chidori Raimei is heading towards the ceiling i use
(Fuuton: Koujin Doragon) Wind Release: Dust Dragon

Description: The user creates a dragon from highly compressed cutting wind chakra, and mixes it with a little earth, to give it a firm head, and a body filled with dust, the dragon is controlled by the user, as any other elemental dragons. Note: Only 2 times per battle.
Note:Can only be taught by Namikaze Naruto

at the chidori raimei so that it doesn't touch the ceiling which lets my clone continue on with their attack. So as im being swept away by the wave, i swim to the top of the water and i stand on top of it.

Yes. I can Use a jutsu. Time frame says i cant stop you from doin two and three(your jutsu).
Second your wind rasen shuriken wouldnt be fast enough.
Third. Your clone has the nagashi is still on his body, you are electrified by the water before you can even form the rasen shuriken.
You died. Your over with. One move. U_U

Icemyster, the rule was updated a long time ago. It doesnt matter if it's the second or 3rd jutsu. You cannot cancel your opponent's move with just one jutsu, like the rules say, so you must allow him to at least make the clones, and you cannot attack imediattly like ''since you finish doing the clones you dont almost dont have time to react''. You have to wait, and since he's chidori happens almost instantly, you have to defend from it
but

So i say it's better both of you to re-do your moves

he still was stricken with his own nagshi. minus my first move. He still would be electrocuted. Even without the first move i made he would still die. It doesnt say i have to let his first move go through. I just cant try to prevent two and three. I clearly didnt do that. I simply destroyed the ceiling. He died. His two and three happened at the same time. My water electroctuted him. Then I fried him. Move valid
Minato. I didnt stop your first move. Or second. Or third. They All Happened. But None of them touched me. I destroyed the ceiling while you made clones (not stopping two and three) and then I sent a wave to kill you with your own move. I didnt stop your entire move with one jutsu. You lose. GEt over it

wow, and this is coming from the guy who tried the same fail tactic again and again
you cant kill suigetsu by any physical means, just in the same way you can not try to kill an opponent with short range ninjutsu when he clearly said he was long range.
so from observation he does need my opinion as 1.) he doesnt understand the rule that he's quoting
2.) all his jutsu are of the wrong range
and u needed my opinion when you fought suigetsu, i would have told u to STOP!!! TRYING TO CRUSH HIM

I see my fault with the Nagashi but isn't the current under ground so how can the water get to it :|
It comes from the clone. Who is in contact with the ground. It has to be in contact with the ground, Producing a current, that it must discharge from its body. Which would be discharged into the water when the water hits.
And your defending against the ceiling. You didnt stop the water rushing towards you. Neither can your clone who is currently trying to use a genjutsu on me. YOu failed. GAme over. You Lose
You can't stop his turn by interrupt him, if he goes first, then he goes first, and then you go second, understood?
You didnt stop his first move but you started to do your move the same time as him and you can't.
If i said you can't, it's just because you can't ok? Just don't insist. If you dont believe me go check other battles and see what other guys did. If you really need to confirm that, read what Riku (another sensei) and Hells said.

Aren't we both in mid range meaning that the water reaches both of us. So that means we both get electricuted, right?
And even if hit hits me we are still within mid range aren't we because you didn't state that the wter dragged me out to long range did you? Because from what i see you didn't.
