Torune's ability was high, he himself was not even Anko's equal -_-, he was Danzo's subordinate not because of 1 on 1 capabilities, but as a unit..

Ibuse takes time to prepare his poison.. Sasori poisoned the Iron Sand .. Sasori has hundreds of puppets that all incorporate his poison.. Including himself..

Okay, but for Hanzo, a single touch or a single breath and it's over. All Hanzo needs to do is Shunshin and breathe in your face and it's GG, not to mention Ibuse can randomly appear from under you and swallow you alive which'll immediately coat you in lethal poison. Plus, while Ibuse requires time to form his poison, it still travels a mile radius, which nobody would be able to escape in time since it only takes a second of breathing it to paralyse you. Hanzo himself requires no prep time for poison either.

exactly Prep Time for Sasori
Say Sasori and Hanzo was not battle ready and randomly get in a shuffle Sasori wouldnt have poision but Hanzo would
