All Hanzo needs to do is Shunshin and breathe in your face and it's GG, not to mention Ibuse can randomly appear from under you and swallow you alive which'll immediately coat you in lethal poison. Plus, while Ibuse requires time to form his poison, it still travels a mile radius, which nobody would be able to escape in time since it only takes a second of breathing it to paralyse you. Hanzo himself requires no prep time for poison either.
