Going on vacation in Tunisia (right under italy, north africa)

Soo I wanna bring this Protein powder with me, but I was wondering if it was legal to travel with food. On top of that, they will probably think it's cocaine or something.

Someone told me its okay as long it aint open.

Look it up on the permitted items section of your airport, also if they do see some powder they might do a chemical test on it.

Yeah this is what I thought. Airport are stick in 2014, putting cocaine in a protein case is probably the oldest trick in the book, they might look :/

You have a number of options:

1. Take it and see what happens. Unless you're not telling us something here, if it really is just protein powder then you're not going to get in any trouble at all even if you can't take it on the plane. Worst case scenario is they just confiscate it and send you on your way.

2. Don't take it and simply buy more once you have arrived at your destination.

3. Call the airport and ask if you can bring protein powder.

4. Shove the packet of protein powder up your ass and smuggle it on the plane. Or just shove it up your ass and see what happens.

5. Mail the protein powder to wherever you are going.

6. Take the powder with you. If security prevents you from taking it, call the officer a dinglebanger, spit in his face, twirl around three times, take the powder and sprinkle it around the airport. Then board the plane.

It depends. Some countries don't allow passengers to travel with food in general for hygiene as well as health and safety reasons.

Also, i can imagine that 'Protein Powder' might look a bit suspect when you get the foreign airline security staff going through your suitcase and opening the container and sniffing it.... and then holding you until their 'english speaking' superior comes to interrogate you.

I train, but i do not use Protein Powder.

I'd rather my definition be based on muscle alone. Also, Protein Powders effects are only really evident whilst you are taking it. If you bulk up the easy way with Protein Powder, all of that muscle gained will drop and become flabby (with age) especially if the muscle was gained via the supplement.

Training without using those enhancers has more benefits. Muscle is 100% Muscle. If you stop training it will not revert to flab, you will always have your definition. Muscles (and body) become genuinely stronger.

Of course there are perks to using the shakes. But just thought i'd post this up on here still. I've been training without using protein shakes, and have to say that my muscle density is greater than it was when i used to train before (i tried the protein shakes some years ago for a few months).

First u cant bulk with protein powder, dont know what you are trying to say. Theres no such thing as muscle gained via supplements, you either get them from a diet, or roids. Supplements are in the diet.

Second, you dont lose muscle that were repaired with protein powder, which is protein. In other word, you wont lose muscle you gained from all kindz of meats. Only thing that can make you lose pure muscles is low macros and hormones (roids). You dont lose muscle from creatine either, just water.

Third, protein powder doesn't improve your physique, nor do you notice a change while using it. Protein powder will help or increase your daily protein intake, which is essential in a healthy diet...Which will lead to a better physique. Dont know what u mean by evidant effects you get from it.

You sound like a nice guy, but you really need to do your research mate.

This^^ They are not going to be stupid enough to think protein powder is cocaine.

Me, my mom and my brother went on vacation in Venezuela and they confiscated our umbrella at the airport because they said it can be used as a weapon.

They just kept out umbrella, we never got it back or anything, rather than actually confiscating it they just took it from us really, I wouldn't be surprised if something along the lines of that happens with his protein powder.
