I train, but i do not use Protein Powder.
I'd rather my definition be based on muscle alone. Also, Protein Powders effects are only really evident whilst you are taking it. If you bulk up the easy way with Protein Powder, all of that muscle gained will drop and become flabby (with age) especially if the muscle was gained via the supplement.
Training without using those enhancers has more benefits. Muscle is 100% Muscle. If you stop training it will not revert to flab, you will always have your definition. Muscles (and body) become genuinely stronger.
Of course there are perks to using the shakes. But just thought i'd post this up on here still. I've been training without using protein shakes, and have to say that my muscle density is greater than it was when i used to train before (i tried the protein shakes some years ago for a few months).
First u cant bulk with protein powder, dont know what you are trying to say. Theres no such thing as muscle gained via supplements, you either get them from a diet, or roids. Supplements are in the diet.
Second, you dont lose muscle that were repaired with protein powder, which is protein. In other word, you wont lose muscle you gained from all kindz of meats. Only thing that can make you lose pure muscles is low macros and hormones (roids). You dont lose muscle from creatine either, just water.
Third, protein powder doesn't improve your physique, nor do you notice a change while using it. Protein powder will help or increase your daily protein intake, which is essential in a healthy diet...Which will lead to a better physique. Dont know what u mean by evidant effects you get from it.
You sound like a nice guy, but you really need to do your research mate.
