The admirals (pre-TS), Law, Boa Hancock's ability, KUMA, BB, Crocodile (able to absorb all the water from your body) , Marco (his regen), Perona (ability wise), etc.

But the ones who have haxed/OP abilities & have good use over them are the pre-TS admiral trio & Kuma.

Kuma is the most hax easily.....the ability to repel anything..and top 5 speed. If this dude had a brain I would have put him above the admirals or equal..I could imagine him deflecting magma like it ain't shit

He probably was number 2 ....I think Oda was showing Luffy's first mate vs Dragon's firstmate and we didn't pick up on it. But if he wasn't I can't see him being no less than 3rd or 4th in command..or the RA is unbeatable

I'd say the most haxxed character is Blackbeard considering he possess an ability nullifying all others and a gravity pull attracting everything and a fruit with a destructive capacity capable to destroy the world itself. I find the ope ope no mi a hax DF though, but Law didn't manage to use it to its full extents yet, so likely end of serie Law will be a monster. Same goes for Kuma's DF as well

Lol Kuma is so hax that Oda had to take his brain to make him less hax...I still think EOS he'll be back to his former self..Oda doesn't throw away powerful DF's..use WB and Ace as an example

Easily Law...unless your way above him in strength, speed and intelligence there's no way to beat him in his room.

I think you can be unaffected by his cuting ability if you remain at a distance from him as long as you're a good haki user. To bypass your haki defense, he would need to clash with you directly with a haki base attack strong enough to interract between his cuting ability and the opponent. Fujitora captured him without seemingly caring about his cuting ability while inside the room and it had nothing to do with strength, speed or intelligence. Speed was the only factor that decided the outcome between Doflamingo and Law as well

Tbh its doflamingo. Think about it. Think about his capabilities. He couldv been better than any swordsman easy. Can slash multiple times with a swipe. Can control people. Look if he can easily stop / control someone as strong as jozu he can control anybody. Has all kinds of haki. This guy is deadly and op as hell. Did you see him walk casually and not affected by fujis gravity? Not affected by kuzans ice.

Sadly plot kills all of it. Plot is limiting his true power. Ive been sayin this all this time, he could easily take down luffy and the rest of chars in dressrosa. And yes sabo too mofukas. He only labeled sabo as 3 stars ryt? Then hes no threat to him.
