Na, I see the parallels like this:

Luffy = Roger
Law = WB
Zoro = Rayleigh

And it was Roger>WB>Rayleigh, so I'd assume it'd follow the same pattern: Luffy>Law>Zoro.

WB never allied himself with Roger and cried for his help to take down someone stronger than him. Law isn't WB. Besides, Zoro's goal is to become the number1 swordsman. I just can't imagine him accepting the WSS title while being weaker than someone else using a sword regardless if uses his DF in his swordsmanship or not

Law's power's are ridiculous but they seem to have a lot of limitations too so it's not too severely broken. Atm I'd say doflamingo. String's OP. Can slice meteors, limbs, control people like puppers, make fkking string clones?!? Fire bullet strings, can fly on clouds, not to mention he has beast haki too. I know Kaido is meant to shit on him but we haven't seen him yet.
