Maybe Blueno and Vergo are related(They have the same facial hair pattern) which is how Doffy got into contact with him if they are in a group. Could explain how Vergo knows so many CP9 techs,while other people have shown knowing one, Vergo knows a bunch, he learned from Blueno.

most slept on fruit is the invisible fruit the pervert lion has. if someone with Luffy's speed had it, it will be very difficult for even CoO users to fight against it. you can also turn anything you touch invisible also i believe

Thats dependent on your haki..not everyone was good enough haki for that...also haki doesn't block it but u feel it less because of haki

What about Apoo's fruit? He attacks with music AKA sound waves, dude can create an explosion on you. Was powerful enough to snap Kizaru in half.
