The most sleeped on DF by far in the series of OP is Magellans DF...he can compete against mostly anyone in the verse because of it..in my opinion

MOST SLEPT ON FRUIT=NORO NORO NO MI. Even a chump like Foxy could hurt Luffy with it. If Luffy could ever get two DF's like BB imagine Gomu Gomu and Noro Noro at the same time, that's be 1 hit kill.

I agree it is slept on. I hope Blueno comes back, and faster. I think the only reason he was so easily reacted to was because he was too slow and Luffy adapted to his speed.

Bu tin the hands of a much faster character it could be very deadly

The beams themselves will be the same speed regardless of who uses it. Unless it's used in close quarters, New World dwellers are dodging that shit.
