So wat? Aside from the plot hole god obits who uses ms all the time without losing vision all others can't use it in every fight

excluding the body double itachi used MS in every fight hes ever been in with it. after unlocking ms sasuke has not stopped using it in any fight hes been in. after unlocking ms madara has not stopped using susanoo.. after unlocking ms obito has not stopped using kamui.. see where im going with this? ofcourse shisui used koto on ao they fought multiple times.

I had thought the "Why aren't they moving?" part was when the were fighting using normal genjutsu. Tsukiyomi came afterwards didn't it? I might be mistaken.

About KA, it seems it is best used when the opponent isn't aware of the mind control. After Mifune found out that Danzo had him under KA, he was no longer under its influence. If Obito is warry if the crow then he should be able to recognize KA.

No that is just he effect KA has

KA is a Genjutsu that can be cast without eye contact or when concealed

The victim has no idea they are being controlled which is WHY shisui was going o use it on Fugaku to stop the Coup De Tat... Fugaku had 3T Sharingan and most likely was proficient in GEnjutsu so why would Shisui use a DETECTABLE GEnjutu on him?

The victim doesn't realize hey are being conrollled and KA can't be broken
