No, its debatable as EjBlack has shown.

Hakugeki doesn't freeze his mind, which is all he needs to transform. The only reason it stopped Sasuke and Itachi from holding Susanoo is because they need to concentrate to hold it, and that wasn't possible due to Hakugeki.

Not from what we've seen in the manga. They just do it. Though the problem was that Itachi and Sasuke needed to concentrate, focus or whatever to continuously hold Susanoo up, not to activate it. That's why Hakugeki put it down.

Hakugeki + Phantom Sound Chains = Restricted Movements and then a cut from his chakra scalpel or Water Dragon Bullet spam.

OR, Hakugeki + Phantom Sound Chains and then web from Kidomaru to withhold B before a chakra scalpel would work as well.

If B were to enter full beast mode, Kabuto could spam Inorganic Reincarnation to keep himself safe from Bijuu Bombs and turn the environment against the massive B.

Also, don't underestimate Kabuto's durability. He has Karin's healing ability along with Suigetsu intangibility which only gets more difficult if there's a body of water around (which he could create if he wanted to via his water jutsu).

Get in close range with B, use Suigetsu's ability to slough off hits and finish it with a highly concentrated chakra scalpel.

Susanoo would be impossible. Bijuu Mode doesn't need to be actively maintained, its just a transformation. So there shouldn't be an issue.

But that's not the issue Kabuto's facing. If Bee enters Bijuu Transformation, Kabuto has way too many counters for it and actually, in doing that, Bee would give the advantage to Kabutomaru.

Wouldn't the Jinchūriki need to concentrate to enter Bijuu Mode though? I doubt that Bijuu Mode needs concentration once the transformation is complete, it's the transformation itself I'm skeptical about.
