Going Bijuu Mode makes it harder for Kabuto, not easier.

Wouldn't the Jinchūriki need to concentrate to enter Bijuu Mode though? I doubt that Bijuu Mode needs concentration once the transformation is complete, it's the transformation itself I'm skeptical about.

Manda 2 easily has enough strength to overcome the pressure of the 8tails whirlwind.

Once Manda 2 goes underground and gets close to Hachibi is a done deal. Hachibi would try to use His Bijuudama but at that range it would hurt Hachibi as well basically making him unable to fight. Manda 2 is easily bigger than Hachibi and faster plus it's stronger and has more durability. So it will easily have it's way with Hachibi if he doesn't try to use a Bijuudama. If he doesn't Manda 2 wraps him up and restrain him. Bijuu have shown that they can't perform Bijuudama's while being restrained. After he's restrained Manda 2 takes it's head off or Kabuto comes in for the kill which ever way suffice's.
