If Bee goes version 2 or higher, he pretty much wins this. UNLESS, Kabuto's
sound genjutsu forces Bee to revert back to normal form. Otherwise,
Kabuto can't really kill Bee. So Bee mid-high diff.
Second scenario: The duo takes it mid-diff at most.

We all know suigetsu's body liquification technique is weak to lighting.

Without it, a lariat blitz may just end it.

Unless Kabuto can stop B from entering Bijuu Mode, there is no "killing him before hand". And Kabuto can't do that.
