I think all the characters in future important rules, did something in the story. I don't know why Ino, Chouji, Shino, Kiba would be the future of Konoha, their clans don't seem to be that important, and Lee doesn't even belong to one.

i already explained , they are the future of konoha , wouldn't you want to see something that is the future of a village? like for example , sasuke is the future of the uchihas and he is the next "madara" right ... wouldn't you want to see something about that character? this is the same case , but the subject is... the future of a village , the persons who are going to protect the village.

Strategy is used all time for every battle.Chapter 555 is one of my favorite chapters,how Naruto figured out the Third Raikage's weakness,formed a strategy to beat him and successfully did it was genuis.


Chapter 612 - The whole alliance performed their strategy to take down the Ten Tails.

Kakashi and the Fourth Division Vs The 7 Swordsmen,Kakashi came up with a plan to take down Zabuza,ending the Hidden Mist Technique.Both the Yamanaka and the Nara clan were significant in his strategy.

Naruto and The Fourth Division Vs Madara - Naruto gathered up Senjutsu as planned with Gaara and once Naruto was ready,Gaara pulled Madara out of his Susano'o and Naruto launched a RasenShuriken at him - chapter 560,another one of my favorite chapters.

Tobi's use of the Edo Jin's,Giving them the Sharingan to predict movements and the Rinnegan for the field of vision - using them at the same time in battle.

Kakashi's plan that involved the Naruto and Gai to land a hit on Tobi when he was figuring out his abilities.

Were you just talking about the War or part 2 as a whole when you said there hasn't been strategies?

Anyway why would they be throwing shuriken amd kunai at Bijuu's?

Because the story needed a change.Part 2 is not innocent as Part 1.Part 2 has become mature,intense and has advanced fighting techniques.
Substitution jutsu at this point is lame.

1st - why did kishimoto changed completely his writting methods from part 1 to part 2?

2nd - why did he completely forgot about the kawarimi / substitution no jutsu ?

They use substitute jutsu even if the substituted it's name too in some cases- they just got fancier than logs. Wood clones and Sakura's jacket were found more handy than finding logs lying around.

the konoha 11 didn't got much development in shippuden , when you compare the shippuden "season" with the part 1... you'll see the flaws .

They got development as needed to support the main story. How is that a flaw? What were you expecting? It was story of Naruto not every ninja out there. If it was called "Ninja adventures", "Naruto and friends" then I could guess that kind of hope...But how is that change in writing style?

i don't think so , there are a lot of times where the characters could do the substitution no jutsu instead of getting it .

i mean... the other characters , such as konoha elevel and the others (of the other villages , ofc) fighting the enemies and even defeating some of them , some might be bosses some might not be bosses , by might not be bosses i mean minions.

plus , we havent seen almost any of their new techniques...
