Background Info.
History:
Kazekiri Miyoshi was born a few years after Uchiha Itachi. He had just like naruto very bad results at the academy.
When he graduated he was teased for graduating at a high age. At that point He made himself a promise: That he would get stronger and show those bullies he could be strong too!
As he made that promise he started to train very hard at his only good abilities, fighting with a sword and using the thunder element. Due to his hard training he sometimes overdid himself and got in the hospital.
But after some years of very hard training he managed to excellently master his two swords. But what him really had made him stronger was the ability thunder element in his swords. That way he could use his swords to the max.
During that time training in the woods sometimes a stranger or trader went through the woods on a trade road. Eventually those were attacked by bandits. One time there was a stranger travelling that trade road and also attacked by bandits. Although the stranger was a good wind user he didn't manage to beat the bandits. Luckily Miyoshi was nearby and helped the ol' stranger. The stranger wanted to thank Miyoshi, but there was nothing Miyoshi needed. As a deed of help the stranger took a test on Miyoshi. He asked him if it was ok to take a test to see what elements Miyoshi could use. As a surprising result, Miyoshi could also use the wind element. To pay back the dept to Miyoshi the stranger taught Miyoshi the primary rules and jutsu's of the wind element.
After the training session with the stranger, Miyoshi kept training with his wind element too. Although he didn't fully master the wind element he could use jutsu's that were very strong and on top of that he could merge the wind element with his swords. That way he was a extroadinary ninja because he could pump 2 elements at a time in his swords. Because of that people started to call him Denki Kaze, or electrical wind.
When Miyoshi found himself strong enough to face the bullies in konohagakure he found out that the bullies were killed in the attack of orochimaru at konohagakure. He found it unnecessary to stay in konohagakure and went to live in the forests to get even stronger. Since then nobody has ever seen him, except for some strangers that say they saw him training or got hurt because of thunderstorm caused by him. But none believed he could get that strong to even control the thunder.
