Yeah, then we have to agree to disagree, because from my understanding, the Gentle fist can only be used in combination with the Byakugan. Because the ability to send Chakra into the Chakra points to block them is a part of the Byakugan's abilities.
By implication, any skilled Shinobi could send Chakra from their fingers into the victims body to randomly block Chakra, or use the vacuum palm or even Rotation, which according to Hiashi would only passe down in the Hyuga's main family as a part of the power unique to their clan. By implication we could take a skilled Shinobi like Itachi, Kakashi or Gai and teach them the Rotation. So any Shinobi could theoretically learn Rotation, Vacuum palm and cutting and destroying all Chakra.
For me, all this is allowed with the skilled usage of the Byakugan. Hiashi said it right when he was suprised of Neji using rotation; it's a technique only passed down to the main family of the Hyuga clan, hence it's a miracle that Neji did it. But why did Hiashi refer to the Hyuga's main family as the ones able to use this skill, when in truth, it's not a skill of the Hyuga but a personal skill to control Chakra.
Not to mention Itachi's Susanoo can have 4 arms.

Not to mention that this air palm won't cause notable damage but just push it away without harming Itachi. You need enormous force to damage upper stages of Susanoo. Did you take a look at how thick the last stage of Susanoo is? [

] Susanoo had enough defense to protect Itachi from Kirin. It's simply a joke that this air palm would have more force than a mountain busting flash, which diameter is by far bigger than the palm's.
Plus, Itachi has the Yata mirror, which reflects attacks, even shown so in the Manga. So in the end, the shield would mirror the air palm back. Hiashi is so overrated. Weren't the Uchiha and Senju the strongest clans?
