Hmm. Hiashi. according to the datebook, Itachi is very low on stamina. He wouldn't be able to do too many jutsus. Ad the Hyuuga specializes in taijutsu, so I'm going with Hiashi.

Itachi was already hailed a genius even before he activated the sharingan. He is one of those who even without a kg would succeed as a strong shinobi. Secondly hiashi's abilities is very much around the byakugan than itachi's sharingan therefore without the byakugan what can he really do?.

Tbh i dont even now why this is an argument. Itachi is still much much better than hiashi iof you take both their eyes. Haishi should suffer alot more.

How is itachi better. Well unlike hiashi who's abilities is strictly around the byakugan, itachi isnt as dependant. He is a kton and suiton user. A master illusionist without the sharingan and may i say without the byakugan life becomes harder for hiashi. He still yeilds the fastest handseal in the series able to make 3 attacks in 1 move. His speed, reaction time and intelligence are there also. There is also his taijutsu, shurkenjutsu and bunshin ability. Either kage bunshin's or karasu bunshins. This is a STOMP
