His Doujutsu does not only enable him to see Chakra and the surroundings in a 360 degrees but also allows him to send out Chakra of his body. All these techniques are based on his Doujutsu and were never used without the activated Byakugan, were not even said to be. So sorry, what never happend in the Manga or was at least implied, is not even debatable. The gentle fist itself is a fighting style based on the Byakugan and Tenten said, that Neji is able to release Chakra from his whole body for the reason he mastered the gentle fist.

Hiashi has a 5 in Taijutsu due to his Byakugan. Gai differentiated between gentle fist and iron fist; later making external damage and former internal. Gentle fist means already says that it's "gentle", gentle movements, like taiji. That's what is the Hyugas style and anything needed, as the Byakugan based attacks are designed for making lots of internal damage by sending Chakra into the victims body, without raw power.

And without the Byakugan, anything what's left is Hiashi's gentle fighting style without the abilities of the Byakugan.

Hakke Kusho targets the chakra points but not chakra itself, therefore disabling any possible chakra usage from the opposition. The Susano'o, which is made of stabilized chakra, contains no actual chakra points, rendering the Hyuugas' Tenketsu battling abilities ineffective.

Then how is he supposed to fight? His entire fighting arsenal relies on sight in order to block chakra passageways. With his eyes closed he gets shit on.

Air palm can destroy chakra, as it was said air palm has the same abilities as a regular gentle fist attack. Susano'O is made of chakra, so it will be damaged. At the very least, the force applied by air wall palm would send Susano'O flying to neverland, just as it was with the juubi's hand, something many times larger and even denser than Susano'O. The juubi's hand went from the ground to several meters into the air, so something relatively as small as Susano'O would get blown away much much farther

Baku with Danzo's fuuton broke through Susano'O. To argue that something that can not only destroy chakra, but also blow something many times larger than susano'O, to be incapable of destroying it, is just not right

I don't get why it's a feat to push away Juubi's tail which hangs in the air. And how much did the air palm push the tail away exactly? The hand barely moved and Juubi continued to spamm the Mokuton. I really don't get what you say. Even if the palm pushes Susanoo away a bit, it won't harm it.
