Obito isn't reacting to Sasuke's teleportation jutsu, he already failed to do so against Minato, long range Kamui isn't changing anything here.

Uh, no, it doesn't. Kaguya's teleportation depends on how fast she enters the portal. Once she is inside the portal she is instantly transported to her location.

You have no evidence. On the other hand, INSTANT>NON INSTANT in speed. Sasuke instantaneously teleports, so he evades Kamui, which isn't instant. Its as simple as that. The bold isn't instant. I suggest you read the manga. If it was instant, the moment he used Kamui the clone would have been gone, but it wasn't. The Rasengan started to deform and then it was warped away. Kamui is just fast, not instant.

Sasuke evades all Kamui attempts with his Rinnegan and then blitzes Obito and chops him in half.

In a desperate situation like he was in latest manga scan where he had to come closer as fast as possible to enter the range and use his swapping ability in time, he couldn't even run faster than Sakura's eyes could see and she even had time to scream "Shanaroo".
