The more the scans past, the less i think Sasuke is that fast. In a desperate situation like he was in latest manga scan where he had to come closer as fast as possible to enter the range and use his swapping ability in time, he couldn't even run faster than Sakura's eyes could see and she even had time to scream "Shanaroo". I'm not sure at this point to be honest

this post is laughable. kishi obviously made him run like that for tension purposes and to keep the suspense. why? because prior to sage power up sasuke shunshin has been shown to be more impressive than that back in his hebi days and with the powerup hes improved.
bold. sasukes speed has already been shown to be too fast for sakura back when they met at oros hideout. when he blized naruto, sakura couldnt follow him with her eyes, so are you now telling me current sasuke who is much faster than him self back then cant do the same??

kishi chooses when to showcase a good shunshin, sasuke has been shown to run faster than that so him running like that is obv for plot purposes, not that hard. sasuke earned a speed praise from madara when he was able to catch up to him, the latter telling him he is still quite fast. and btw didnt obito say its a far dimension?? that also explains why sasuke had to get that close. also there are many instances were characters shpuld have showcased their top speed which they have previously done when situations arrived but they didnt. does that mean that they are not fast? the author chooses when to showcase the speed.

OT. sasuke stomps this clown, double ms obito is overated at times.

and if you notice kaguya attack took about 3 or 4 panels while kakashi warped bm naruto clone in no panels faster than sharingan and rinningan can notice
kakashi warped gedo arm which is bigger than 100 human in less than a second in no panels

There is no next Kamui. If he uses his S/T to evade, he'll use it to evade and blitz Obito at the same time.
