Sorry, but we are talking about Senju blood.. not clans... Uzumaki is a specific group just like the senju group of Hashirama.. of the Senju Blood.

Naruto has senju blood.. he is a descendent of Ashura.. Just like Nagato/Hashirama/Kushina/Mito/Tobirama/Butsuma/Uzumaki clan leaders/Toka and so on... all are Ashura's descendents.

Yep, they are from the same lineage. Uzumakis might as well just be Senju with special distinct traits

Yup even that was acknowledged in the databook. The Senju blood consists of very diverse people. Hence why you had the uzumaki with their sealings, Toka with her genjutsu and so on.
