She has more chakra than 50% of current naruto.... Current naruto has Yin-yang kurama chakra + portions of 8 other beasts + yang chakra from hagoromo himself. Sakura still has more than half that amount of chakra.

Nope, it's pure plot hole in my opinion. Sakura ran low on chakra long ago as she stated it herself. First piece of evidences is when Shikamaru said "Still..Pretty much everyone is running out of chakra. The Edo Tensei Third is the only one that can do something..."

Here we have Tsunade saying she has no chakra left but that Sakura still has some (Both her and Sakura have been using their Yin Seal to heal the Alliance using the slug prior to this so they were out/low on chakra). When Sakura is trying to heal Naruto, we see her medical ninjutsu shrink in size as Sakura says "My chakra is..."

.She could have replenished some chakra but it wouldn't have been that much as she is showing off right now. Sakura and Tsunade used a lot of chakra to summon 1/10 of Katsuyu, you know it's a lot when Tsunade said they'll use the Byakugou together and can probably summon 1/10 of Katsuyu sizes while they healed everyone in the alliance. Tsunade who has more base chakra reserve, which allows her to save more chakra, used up all of her seal chakra to save Konoha villagers from Pein's Almighty push, in the war they are healing much more people so it's not hard to see that they would be out of chakra or severely low.
Wrong, I already made a post explaining how Sakura herself said she was low on chakra prior to all of this so it's pure plot plus someone already uploaded the viz scan showing that Sakura's chakra only gave Obito the "Bare minimum" with Naruto's chakra so she's not close to half Naruto's chakra.

It was her main reserve that was low. She uses her Hyakugou chakra now.
The reason she didn't replenish her chakra in saving Naruto was because, medical ninjutsu wasn't working on the dying Naruto at that time.
This from the guy saying Sakura has more chakra than Six paths Naruto clone dude the VIZ scan said "Bare minimum"

Then why did she say her, Tsunade and Shizune couldn't use medical ninjutsu anymore? Tsunade and Sakura started out healing with their Hyakugou seal active then it shows them tired with it off. Tsunade showed that you can waste 3 years of chakra sealed in a instant as she did saving Konoha villagers and she has more chakra than Sakura. Sakura's main reserves are not high enough to heal all of the Alliance along with summoning 1/10 of Katsuyu whenTsunade said they'll do it together with their Seal and said "probably" so she wasn't even sure if they really could with the chakra their seal has plus went on healing the Alliance which consist of more people in Konoha.
If she had more chakra than why couldn't she use medical ninjutsu anymore? She thinks this after it shows Shikamaru thinking how pretty much everyone was running out of chakra then Oonoki saying they used a lot of chakra taxing jutsus.
Do you think Sakura with 3 years of seal chakra has more chakra than a Tsunade with 3 years of seal chakra when Tsunade has much larger chakra reserves in base? Cause if don't think so then Sakura's Yin seal would be used up where I showed her saying she can't use medical ninjutsu anymore (they were using it to heal the whole Alliance with takes a lot of chakra). Sakura was also using her Yin seal chakra long before that, she first used it when they were fighting mini juubis as shown with her strength increase.

Showing me where she said medical jutsus don't won't when my first post contained that when I said she said that after noticing his heart wasn't beating. So why when she was trying to heal him and her medical jutsus chakra was shrinking in size and she said her chakra is and trails off?
You clearly have no rational explanation as to how she got more chakra when she clearly said she was low on chakra. She used her Yin seal chakra to heal the Alliance with Tsunade

Why would she be worried about her chakra when she thought medical ninjutsu was working? So you're saying she wouldn't use this large reserve on Naruto at first instead of relying on low chakra reserve? If you can't answers these questions then everyone will see that it's pure plot for Sakura's chakra reserves just like Kakashi's chakra reserve when they were fighting Obito and that you're ignoring straight up manga facts. I'm not even using scans of other people saying Sakura is out but Sakura herself saying she was low and couldn't use medical ninjutsu anymore, so either you're saying she had a huge chakra reserve and is a sucky medical ninja to not heal the alliance or even try to help fight against the Golem with Hiruzen or you agree that she was low on chakra as she herself stated.

It's 3 years worth of chakra so of course it's powerful. But it was barely enough to do the job which in itself is pretty big tough job to do. Kaguya's dimension was far according to Obito.

Yes, rambling. You were probably overthinking this.
They were using Katsuyu to heal people and let Katsuyu turned into fluid as a foothold for the shinobis. That's a different thing than using normal medical ninjutsu.
When did they stop healing the alliance? Oh, they didn't, its all Katsuyu. Katsuyu uses Yin Seal if you don't know.

So I said it again their main reserve is low. And Sakura, even if she was low in main reserve she still had some to use medical ninjutsu. Sakura said medical ninjutsu wasn't working so it wasn't working, no need to argue against it.
Yes the intensity of her "healing palm technique" was a bit low at that time because of her low main reserve, and she also realized that her chakra was low, but she knew what she was saying, "medical ninjutsu wasn't working", she was a skilled medic ninja and she wasn't lying. Even with low intensity of the "healing palm technique", it should be working under normal circumstances but for Naruto's case it wasn't.
After realizing that medical ninjutsu wasn't working, she didn't need to think of replenishing chakra with Yin Seal anymore, as it would be a waste.
Yes, Tsunade could at least try to replenish her chakra with her Yin Seal instead of saying her chakra (main reserve) was low but it was just an excuse so that Sakura, Naruto's closest friend would do the job. It was better for Sakura to take the job.
Don't take things too literally, don't think too much, and don't complicate things. No need for Kishi to spoon feed us for every f**kin single detail to understand.
