Tomoko create a clone which stood in like to his left facing the targeted clone. Then they simultaneously channel and charge their chakra in the hand closer to the other(Tomoko's left hand and the clone's right) to then with the same rhythm extend them pinning their palms toward the target causing a strong blast of chakra to emerge from their ends and uniting soon afterword to them approach your clone and violently damage his figure as it elevate him away at high speed.

I was wondering what that method differs from this jutsu

Tomoko channel chakra through both of her arms as she thrust them toward the target lunching two chakra burst that synch together forming one much stronger and wider in caliber which sends the target flying upon contact, also deal massive damages to it's body.

Just one question about the old jutsu tho: What's the range of that massive chakra wave? Because it can't be short ranged like the japing part of the technique.

Tomoko's apply her complete concentration to her chakra at her tenketsus as she manipulate it to form a chakra needle at each end, the apex of each needle covered every direction from her end as she rotated in her place at high speed, causing the needles end to seem as if they merged into a complete rotating sphere which covers her from all sides. As Tomoko preformed this technique, the wind flow around her was disturbed and some centimeters are dug in below where she once stood in a spherical pattern.

No, I was asking about the range of the chakra beam wave, you see, of course the jabbing of the tenketsus must be at close or short range(I personally see in difference) but the chakra wave extends meters away from the enemy's back, so I'm asking about the range the wave length extends to? And was that technique the one shown in the first or the second video?

About the Rotation, I say the advantages are it's amazing defensive usage, I honestly see myself spamming it all over the place A friend once told me that it's strength equals that of the elemental techniques of its ranks, or so I remember but I'm not completely sure of that.
As great as this technique is, it completely isolate the user of what's outside, rendering him/her unable to preform any other movement than rotating in his/her place.

Actually I'm using a mobile phone to reply so I could not view the clip. But for the blast aftermath. I believe it should rech mid-range, logically meaning if there is someone at the back of the target, he'll also recieve a mountain crushing blunt chakra blast, but he will recieve physical damage rather than the first victim that recieves internal damage.

Yea it is equivalent to S-rank elemental jutsu and only and F-rank elemental attack would penetrate it.
