Need help with Skype

whenever I try to run Skype I get this

Failed to get proc address for GetLogicalProcessorInformation (KERNEL32.dll)

what should I do with it?

I don't know anything about my computer's data, RAMs, or anything of this sort btw.

This may seem stupid, but try re installing it maybe? On another game of my kernel errors were sometimes fixed with this process.
