8 Gates is definitely a power up, it's just not a FREE power up.

-Obito's juubi got extracted, then kurama stated that "with the juubi's jinchuriki it's a different story", because they won't die, because of the juubi, so we can assume that some of the juubi's magic stays with you.

-Look at what kurama's meat did to the gold/silver brothers when they ate it, imagine what having the juubi inside you for years would do.

Uh, he said you won't die because of the Mazo, not the Juubi. And Hagoromo used Chibaku Tensei to seal the Mazo, so there is no way it could have been inside him while he was performing the jutsu. You're right, exept for your #2 sealing is defeating, i wanted to put that in my post too (that maybe you see sealing as defeating), but what i meant with that is that they WERE NOT stronger than the juubi, even together, so i don't get why people expect so much from hagoromo, exept for him making the moon without the juubi.

Gai disorted the space, made wind into fire with punches (in only his 7th gate) was kicking air down and so was running through the air, blew off a juubi jin (MADARA)'s arm and half of his torso with a kick, kicked (or punched) madara through his black orb ball (dont talk about the only way he could get to madara was because of kakashi's kamui, because i'm referring to gai's strength which is amazing)

Your point? How does Naruto slamming Kaguya have anything to do with who's stronger between Hagoromo and Gai? You believing that Gai can do more to Hagoromo isn't backed up by any kind of evidence. Naruto at this point is far above Gai, consindering he was pressuring the same Madara Gai had trouble defeating defeating, and he only used YRS. No Chakra Cloak.


I mean his prime BEFORE he got the Juubi. That should have been obvious. When Gai can match someone whose destructive capacity while in a weakened state is Moon Level, then we can talk. Until then, Hagoromo is way above him and its not an opinion, its a fact.
