females and mechs are fine though.

He's one of the strongest character in OP but not the strongest he could fight almost on par with shanks who probably is the strongest OP character currently.

All the most OP swordsmen I know of have already been listed, except Orochimaru, imo pinning down 4 tails Naruto with his sword was a pretty impressive feat, not as good as Bee but, what can you do?
