No they aren't, they got a 3 in the DB. You need precision to actually hit someone, something Sakura is not very good at hmm Who needs destruction when little touches inables you from using chakra?

Either way I understand saying that Tsunade is better than most Hyuugas at taijutsu (as she got a 5 in the DB, same as Guy) but saying Sakura is better is complete bullshit, her best skill feat only got her a 3 in the DB, Neji had 3.5 in the Chunnin Exams

They dont have the best style, I agree. But they are literally the only ones who could do their style because of how dangerous it is. And the style is effective.

So you need precise hitting to hit someone? They need precise taijustu to close the chakra points. Sakura doesn't need that because one hit is death.

Sakura has improved greatly since early part 2. My opinion

I'm so sorry if you never read this scan. :) I didn't know at all :). If you look you can see big rocks coming out of the ground impaling clones. Also you can see clones falling in between rock :) Getting crushed

Even some unprotected turnips in THAT shock wave survived without much injury. And nearly all Elite Shinobi have some form of defensive jutsu or the sense to use Body Flicker (A D rank tech) when things go unstable under feet. Not to mention at Naruto's return when Sakura's punched the Earth to get the underground Kakashi, by your theory should have been crushed by the shifting Earth but he just emerged comically bemused.

Also those jubi clones are not intelligent, fast or even have any form of note worthy ability ..... yet a couple emerged not dead immediately, even before the dust cleared.

Plus this is the effectiveness of Sakura's style against people who are fast, agile and versed in top 40-50 level hand to hand combat.

Yeah, you need skill, something Sakura lacks... alot...

In skill she hasn't, her best skill feat is still the one against Sasori that only got her a 3
