Reflexes, able to read opponent, and etc counter high speeds. Tsunade in her prime was known for reactions and etc.

And the guys in top 30 are all top tier ninjas on whom sakura or tsunade can't land a hit!

Madara had good reactions too and he still got blitzed by 7 Gates Gai and destroyed by him in 8 gates.I don't see Sakura and Tsunade surviving a beatdown like the one Gai gave Madara.

Apparently you haven't read the thread. The shockwaves of Sakura's punch were strong enough to instantly deal with more than 40 human sized creatures who were made from the Juubi's skin. They don't have to land a direct hit to cripple their enemies.

The swords obviously did'nt impede Tsunade since she was able to still move afterwards so that argument does'nt fly.Second this isn't a debate since going by manga facts Lee and Gai are miles better in taijutsu and you're the one who is saying that Sakura/Tsunade can hit them with AOE punches.

No their taijutsu style is inefficient and dependent on their regeneration, lack of intel, and the incompetence of their Opponents to get hit by their slow attacking speed. Any opponent that that could get beat by Sakura in cqc would be absolutely roflstomped by the likes of Gai or Lee. Kakashi and Itachi are also quite a bit better in cqc than Tsunade/Sakura due to their speed and killing techs/mentality
