He's not but you don't have to be as strong as Netero. Pre-nuke Meruem was already leagues above Pitou and the rest of the Royal Guards. Imo Chrollo can take Pitou.

Chrollo takes it. Zeno/Silva found him as a threat, to the point where they 2v1'd him. It's possible that he's one of the top 5 nen users. I wonder where Chrollo ranks on Hisoka's "ratings", it must be higher than Illumi if he's so thirsty to fight Chrollo.

Chrollo absolutely beats Pitou from feats and hype. People need to stop hyping up Pitou because he/she killed a character who was also all hype. People hear Kite trained with Ging so Kite must be top 10, then hear Pitou toyed with him so Pitou must be top 5, then Adult Gon killed her so she must have been suuuuuper strong. No none of that is any evidence.

1. Kite was distracted protecting Gon when he lost his arm so he starts the fight handicapped, no saying how hard the fight would have been if he went in 100%. Kite probably could have beaten Pitou if it wasn't for Gon and Killua there.

2. Gon chose to fight Pitou, people seem to think that because Gon fought her that means Togashi is claiming her the strongest opponent in their level, but this isn't One Piece(nothing against it) the hero doesn't always have to challenge the toughest. Gon chose Pitou for a personal grudge.

3. Pitou acknowledged the strength of Adult Gon was well enough to reach the king which means it was well above her level. You don't need that level of strength in order to kill Pitou though it helps. Gon consciously chose that, it's not a testament to Pitou in any way.

4. Chimera Ants were born stronger than the previous egg every time, yet people like to think this doesn't apply to the RG ants. Why idk. You can tell by the techniques they use with their nen the type of role they fill in an organization, Youpi-shape manipulation and explosions=assault/defense Pouf-hypnotism=Espionage Pitou-Dr. Blythe/Puppet=Support. If Pitou was as strong of a fighter as Youpi she wouldn't use as her main offensive tech a move that keeps her from the fight.

Whats stopping Pitou from just speed blitzing and ripping his head off ? Chrollo hasn't showed any speed feats near Royal Guard level neither does he have the power to put her down.

Because Doflamingo is there. If the SH's fight the marines then he will. Right now SH's enemy is the Doflamingo pirates not the Marines, even though the marines will fight them, they're not focused on marines.

Pitou speedblitz and cuts Kuroro's limbs like butter,there is nothing suggesting that Kuroro has comparable reflexes,speed and overall physical stats to Adult Gon.Also his gimmicky nen power aint helping at all in this scenario.
