Since you haven't responded to the reasoning I just gave, I'm guessing you agree with me that rasengan's shape manipulation must be > chidori's due to chidori being equal to rasengan yet having spacial manipulation and elemental transformation.

Look kakashi even says that he was unable to combine his elemental transformation with rasengan's spacial manipulation:

Yet kakashi is capable of using raikiri, the S-ranked version of Chidori which is an A rank. That tells you that raikiri and chidori both have much lower leveled shape manipulation than rasengan since kakashi was able to develop those two but failed to make a raiton rasengan.

I am not even talking about Chidori, but its variants.

yes because real lightning takes the form of a dragon upon striking the ground. sometimes i wonder if people really read this manga properly. the lightning itself is raw lighning true but sasuke shaped it into a dragon form to guide it effectively unto a target. thats exceptional skill

Your last post gave so much proof that it was all over the place. Kirin alone trumps any Shape Manipulation, given that Sasuke drained the entire Electrical Discharge within the clouds and the surrounds and gave the entirety of it or morphed it into the shape of a dragon.

This. I don't see how this is even an argument. Until there's a retcon of that statement, rasengan is the pinnacle of shape transformation. Therefore Naruto/Minato/Kakashi are the best in shape manipulation.
