Sasuke did have it. It's a sharingan tech. However, he couldn't stabilize its chakra on his own and thus, needed Naruto's chakra.

Y'all ma****as need to read the manga. The kyuubi chakra stays. Proof is when naruto had shared it once,but it went away, then hinata slapped him and everyone recieved his cloak again. To add on, shikamaru stated that all the kyuubi chakra went away at one point, i think it had something to do with the shinju.

Susanoo isnt a mass of chakra that can be shared with others like kyuubis. Sasuke is standing in a literal pool of narutos chakra.

PS is a stage of Susanoo that requires stabilization(chakra control) Having Bijuu chakra doesn't have anything to do with it.

If you've been reading the manga at all, you'll already know that Sasuke has the complete Susanoo way before obtaining Kyuubi chakra.

Ok, so you are saying that sasuke is somehow exempt from having his susanoos power increased from an outside source? His previous susanoo's looked nothing like the fused with the kyuubi and naruto. It doesnt matter if sasuke uses all chakra on susanoo, the kyuubi chakra is said to make jutsu 3x more powerful. You are ignoring this fact foe favor over sasuke.
