I think you are confused as always. Rasengan was already stated the pinnacle of shape manipulation, physical recompsition has to do with changing the shape of the jutsu after it is made, which rasengan isnt meant to do. It is physically impossible to make rasengan any other shape due to its nature, as described in the page you posted.
Chidori spear is probably around rasengans level. Adding rasenshuriken to the mix isnt even fair. Changing the shape of basic elemental jutsu like lightning, fire, water, and earth is a very common thing.

You do know spatial recomposition is shape manipulation right? Rasengan has extremely advance Shape manipulation in it's base form because that's all it relies on for it's creation, Kakashi said chidori uses spatial recomposition (shape manipulation) and physical recomposition (nature transformation) the page before he stated Rasengan was extremely advance shape manipulation

yup.
this is proof that sasugay fantards just ignore the manga. rasengan is canon higher difficulty no matter how much you fodder complain. hashirama/naruto/minato/jiriay/kakashi have best shape maniuplation no contest.
even konohamaru have better manipulation than sasky. so do darui and tobirama.

Though I agree, Rasenshuriken is probably the best, I deliberately downplay Naruto (hahahahaha!!!! xdxdxd) simply because he needed Bunshins, extra hand, chakra arms or chakra cloak to do even Rasengan, before Juubi arc.
The way I see it, Sasuke is naturally more talented U_U. Naruto is just lucky to be able to use a shortcut - Tajuu Kage Bunshin to learn Rasenshuriken. Even then, he still needs extra arms or chakra cloak.
So you down play Naruto because he has tail beast inside him making it harder to control his chakra will Sasuke doesn't have anything hold him back, OK.
The reason Naruto had problems with his chakra control was because of the way the 4th sealed the 9 tails inside Naruto. The 9 tails seal is a high level seal that was designed to allow a tiny bit of the 9 tails chakra to leak out through the seal and combine with Naruto. Literally there's a seal within a seal. That's reason the seal is made of 2 seal. 1 seal was used to seal the 9 tails inside Naruto and the other seal (cage) keeps the 9 tail restrained. That made it harder for Naruto to control his own chakra. I have always wonder how much harder does Naruto have to work to control his chakra.
Every since Naruto lost the 9 tails beast his chakra control skill are no longer being held back. Madara had to break the seal to extract the 9 tails from Naruto. Yes, he was given the other half the 9 tails, but Obito did not use some complex seal that's affected his ability to control chakra. The results are a Naruto who is finally able to use 100% of his chakra control skills. That's the reason we see Naruto can easily create one hand element rasengans.
Naruto using the chakra claw to create rasengans doesn't make any sense because he is multiply his workload. Think about it. Naruto has mold chakra, release chakra, and then shape into a claw and maintain that shape. He then has to control the claw to have it perform one of the rasengan steps. It would be easier to create the justu with one hand
SM, KM, RM and all of his modes don't improve his ability/skill to use or control chakra. Those modes are the result of Naruto's ability/skill to control chakra.
Sorry but I think that's just a myth spouted by Kakashi. Orochimaru was the one to make him difficult to control his chakra by putting his seal onto Naruto's belly, making his chakra and Kyuubi's chakra unable to mix. After Jiraiya broke the Orochimaru's seal, he instantly able to walk on water!!!
After the chakra was able to mix, he suddenly could walk on the water, so it shows that the mixing of chakra doesn't affect his chakra control.

You are just assuming things. Forming chakra arms is very simple and Naruto could do that effortlessly, we never saw him struggle since the start of his training with Bee. He only trained to get use to handle the power, but forming the chakra arm itself, very easy.
Multiplying his workload is just a myth.
